Decapitalization

Could I know why in the Catalan version there is now differenciation between initial capital and no capital letter when in this language this differenciation is a problem? Please, revret this or we'll be crazy! You should ask, first. Llull (vostè dirà) 06:51, 24 feb 2006 (UTC)
